All made to order items are processed within 10 work days after purchasing. (Some orders may take up to 10-15 business days during the holiday season due to demand)
All orders will include an USPS tracking number, which will be delivered via email once the order has been shipped.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports your order was delivered. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with your package.
Delivery estimates depend on the method of shipping chosen at the time the order is placed.
We ship worldwide.
We are not liable for fees related to international shipping.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are eligible for damaged/defective items only. Custom orders can't be canceld.
Please email us within 3 days regarding your damaged item at info@sweatsntees.com
All items must be returned in the original condition in which you received them (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
Any items returned with odors or stains will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon initiating a return/exchange, you will be sent a return label.
